As we gear up for the thrilling matches set to take place on November 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, 2024, this year’s auction sets the stage for the journey of each team. The SBFL auction is an eagerly awaited event where team owners and captains strategize, bid, and build their rosters with the league’s most talented players. With a dynamic grading system, players are classified into four distinct categories—Elite, A-level, B-level, and C-level—each representing varying levels of skill, experience, and potential.
Auction Dynamics: A Game Within a Game
In the auction, the team captains and owners bid on players with a starting “base price” for each grade. The bidding moves up in increments of 10 points with each bid, creating an electric atmosphere of strategy, suspense, and anticipation. The ultimate goal? To form the best lineup, uniting players across different grades into a powerhouse team.

Leading the auction for the 4th season, we have the ever-energetic Huzefa Golwala, whose deep understanding of the sport and enthusiasm bring the event to life.
